Most likely that statistic is flawed. Reasoning: I am guessing that 90% never even start the fight unless they have really really really good cause. So of the 10% that already have cause... sure... over 50% win.

@ Gambino - the problem with PIs... I've been down this road... easy to show infidelity... but drugs? You have to get pics or video of them doing drugs... almost impossible, unless you get someone to infiltrate the group...

Yeah you're probably right. You have to be smart to think like that. WFT is wrong with society that custody is still skewed towards the women???? This country is still bassakwards in many ways.

I don't have a problem with where she lives now. But, I did what it took to make sure that 8 years ago, my ex would not get custody of her. And if she wanted to come back here because she was being abused or something, if the law couldn't take care of it, I would.

I don't have a problem with where she lives now. But, I did what it took to make sure that 8 years ago, my ex would not get custody of her.

But she has here now these years influence the adult she become even more so then when you had her that is all I am saying.

id get myself worked up into a fargin cardiac arrest moment when he'd piss me off with his stupid shit. complete stupid shit. what a stupid fuck he is.

all that has cooled off now though, but it took a good 2-3 yrs. good luck,.

Has nothing to do with my nuts. I'll stomp some fuggin heads in doing it, I have already and there's more on my list... it's frustrating along the way though... no way to go through this without that...

That's hard bro. My friend just got divorced and is going through the same thing. His ex got in an accident with their daughter on her way to school because she fell asleep at the wheel. She had been up for two days partying. She wasn't high at the time, so she wasn't charged or even checked. He just got word from a girl that had been with the ex. Now she's past coke and is smoking meth and he still can't get custody because he can't prove it. She used to be a model and now she looks like a freaking leper. It's horrible.

On the plus side... Congrats on the new bench PR @ 100 lbs. Good job!!

well until I moved out of the state, yeah he saw him every weekend. even though I hated that fuck and he never paid a dime of child support, i facilitated him to see his kid every weekend, which always entailed me either dropping the child off 30 minuies away or picking him up. dude didnt (doesnt still) even have a license. what a loser. lives in a house with his sister and her 4 kids. it's like hey you fuck, get a house of your own and a fucking drivers license. there are 16 yr olds out there with more to show for themselves than you, you waste of fucking space.
