Seriously make this a sticky...... I wish I had this info last year, the 1st time I ran UG gear and kept getting big ass lumps that lasted about a week. I would have known it was the BA and not worried as much!

another tip,


Go in at 90*, and try to be as steady as possible while pushing gear in (nice and slow). If you move or wiggle around a lot, it will make you sore for a few days. (this is tricky on glutes) Once you get the hang out it glutes are painless.
