i have a stupid question

lets say i start my cycle on monday. would i take my next shot on the following monday.Or count monday tue wed thur fri sat then shoot on sunday because thats technically 7 days.

that depends on what your shooting I would think.

but if it is Deca or long acting test like Sus. i don't think that it would matter , it will just add a little more time to the end of your cycle

Remember that half lives play a big role in when you take your shots. If it's test enth then it's half life is 8 days, and DECA about 9-12 days. Keeping your blood levels consistant is also important. If I'm taking a long acting then I take two smaller shots a week instead on one big one. Ex: 400mg of test enth a week. take 200mg on Sun and the other 200 on Thurs.
