i hate when ppl speak there gay foriegn language in this country

Imigrants can speak whatever language they want, and I'm 100% against any kind of Government interfearance (ie: "language laws" ). However, spending some time learning English just makes sense. Life is much, much easier when you can communicate fluently with those around you.

If I moved to Japan, I'd damn sure learn Japanese inside and out. I'd want to be able to do more than just "get by" when speaking to people.

Let's say 'Learned' as I have been kicked out of every school I have ever been to, other than my last university and chefs school.... oh, the University I teach at hasn't given me the boot yet, but they are giving me the furry eyeball lately, so who knows.

How shallow do you have to be to think that the world should cater to your birth toungue? And PLEASE don't give me any of that crap "My school didn't teach languages", I have learned all my languages since I was 25. You either have a lust for life, or you dont. It's big world out there, worth seeing, even better in the native toungue.

If you speak English, French and Spanish you are close to being able to comunicate with the entire world, even vast parts of asia. I cant even imagine traveling or doing business internationaly with just one language: no one would take you seriously.

Dont get me wrong: there are some AMAZING WOMEN in the US (MissJ, darlin') and there are so many.... just that iceland has a disproportionate number of hotties to kinda hotties.

I came here on a 3 week consulting gig to open a restaurant/nightclub (kind of my specialty) and stayed for a year and a half. Met my Viking woman and 13 years later started typing this post....
