Im dealing with a flat tire on my truck for the first time ever, and the dip shit who owned it before me never put the jack back in right and now Im missing some kind of stupid fuckin key that you need to insert behind the tail gate to let the spare down. I wanna kill somebody right now.

unless, you mean the previous owner installed an actual lock on there. In which case you need to just cut it off.

No the tire has some springloaded big ass wing nut securing it to the bottom of the truck i cant even find the fuckin jack handle pieces

right by your license plate on the rear bumper should be a hole. Stick the jack handle in there and turn it.

if your ranger has the actual "key" to unlock the spare, you're fucked and will have to go to the dealer. They should have them in stock as ford only used a handful of different keys on the spares. They will have all of them in stock.

bro, if it's an actual key ( I can't remember the year of your ranger, but most new ones are keyed) you're fucked. Go to the dealer, take the vin with you and have them give you a new one.

They look like this.

If it isn't keyed, you should have a notch on one end of the jack handle you can insert inbetween the tailgate and the bumper and use that to lower it.
