I'm going to have a fuckin heart attack with this damn squat thing and these dumb jackass people. I was telling my friend that you should at least go to parallel and if lower if you can and this guy is overhearing me. He says "you shouldn't squat past parallel , it's bad for your knees." I was about to have a heart attack right then with this guys stupidity, i mean he's been a dickhead to my friend a couple of times and pretty much all he does is curl the pink girly weights. I asked him if he has anything to back himself up with that advice and he just said nevermind. I wanted to slap this guy upside the head after this, I know he was thinking, "oh he's only a kid, there's not way he can be right"
i know this should go into the moron's thread but since i already made this one why not..
By the way, when people asked me if I was going to use the puss pad laying on the ground, I always thought they were going to use it, not question why you're not using it....no wonder they never picked it up.
