They just reset her account, the admins are going through the member accounts (I don't think all of them, don't quote me on that) to fix the problems members have had with avatars, poll voting, and whatever else. She's not the first one they've done that to. I know Happy Scrappy and Slice of Peach just had it done, along with a few others so far.
