That greek yogurt is pretty good. I get some stuff made by a similar company called FAGE. Tastes kind of like sour cream. Good on some raw veggies like a dip.

Hmmmm 15 grams of protien.. I'm not really a huge yogurt fan but I haven't tried it in a while..

I do like frozen yogart.. but man 15 grams of easy protien is 15 grams, I'll give this a shot!!
