CNS was def part of it as Swole Says, the CNS tend to endure stress well , but once you hit that WALL its not something that 1 day off will fix.

Agree, STRESS is the BBers worst enemy. You can even get stressed if you are not making it to the gym every night that you train. There is no easy cure. Its a mental thing that you just have to get your head around or your body will suffer accordingly. Its probably one of the most difficult things we have to deal with as a BBer.10001110101 said:your body has a lot of ways that it can become chronically stressed, when you get to the gym and just can't put the same weight up even on gear, you are in this state, some call it overtraining, i think that's too specific, i think honestly you can just put yourself in a state of chronic stress, same kind of stress you get from work or financial problems... you'll notice joint pain, stiffness, poor sleep, depression, all these symptoms, i get extreme fatigue and inability to focus. you just gotta let yourself relax, get a heating pad, relax everything, get a massage... every now and then you need some serious time off for stress relief
