Through experimentation on myself, using pre and post meal/workout blood glucose readings with a wide variety of foods and a wide variety of exercise situations (weights, cardio, wrestling) I have been able to contsruct my meal plan to maximize my training (wrestling and triathalons). Studying blood glucose in myself, and others has led me to have doubt and even some fear of ALA. Over time I began noticing increases in fasting glucose readings while taking ALA and a few others. Not everyone, but enough to be concerned.
