I got myself fired WITHOUT it being my fault, so now instead of about $1000 in compensation I get about $5000 in compensation
The Dell>Alienware mess is over, Dell wanted to modify our contract, removing our dental and hotel benefits, to compensate for this they were going to give us a $400 check but I refused the change and refused to sign the agreement/waiver so now they are forced to fire me with benefits.... I am extremely sad to leave the company, but it is no longer what it was, it isn't even called Alienware anymore it's Dell, so I'm sad to leave but am very happy about my compensation, I already got another job somewhere else and the salary difference is $30 so...it's the begining of the end, I'm gonna take a month sabatical since haven't taken vacations in about 4 years....

If your BF has a US ID or Driver's license, then the only cruise you can take without having to show a visa is the Alaska route from Seattle to Seattle. No passport needed there.

LOL, nope, but that's what Dell will make us now, that's why I wanted out, I'm a good old fashioned real TS agent, reinstalling windows is my vary LAST option, I will repair through command center, have them un plug HD, chkdsk /r, try one HD at time, etc.... real TS...

I too have built many computers from scratch and done all my own computer repair. I became very efficient at reformatting my HD and reinstalling my OS.
