yeah jim.. it was then my eyes welled up.. seeing that determination is dick's eyes as he swims across.. imagine the amount of strength he needed to summon just to pull the raft.. and the best part was still when he was pushing rick to the finish line.. the applause they got.. the support they got.. wow! truely amazing! i can say they are truely strong!

wow and to think their best marathon time is 2 hrs and 40 mins... dick would have been around 52 then... and pushing his fully grown son while doing it... incredible.

i was going to make fun of yall, but then i watched it and like u said, when it got to the raft part and i saw the guy and his dads face i got all teary eyed haha

That Dad is an awesome athelete. Truley inspiring - not sure I can gripe about taking the trash out tonight.
