I closed my first thread today

It annoys me when Mods close old threads and people still have a conversation going. It is not a valid reason to close a thread. That did not help the board. People looking for joose and spamming that you catch actually help.

Actually this is very true, it avoids someone creating a whole new/duplicate thread about the same thing...

It annoys me when nuggas be posting whack ass house music videos they accidently got filmed in.
 
personally I don't mind an old thread bump if its relevant and/or funny. What's the big deal ya know?

Cant work your inner pecs. The pec muscle fibers run east to west not north to south so only can somewhat isolate the upper and lower pecs
 
lart in cases where someone is responding to the OP of an 8 year old thread and the OP hasn't posted on the site in 5 years...I'd close the thread too and tell them to start a new one.

However, if it is relevant, as was the case of Lestat's car wash fight thread...well by all means it shall stand!

Well, I still disagree. The only time I think it is necessary to close a thread is when there is something in that thread that was at one time not allowed like lab talk people being stupid etc. Someone for example closed a thread that was only 1 or 2 pages the other day that had almost 7,000 views! The last person to post in that thread was myself giving information to the person who had just posted in it. The thread and dialogue ceased to exist because of a Mod who was "trying" to to do their job. It reminds me of a Cop who has nothing better to do then fill his quota with jay walking tickets. Only in this situation it causes our sponsors to lose money because less people will see these threads that have potential value. Just calling it like I see it, I am not worked up over this or anything. I didn't bring this up until others starting pointing things out.
