I'm 38 and ran a 4.62 when playing Strong Safety in College....still stay in shape....I was 200 lbs then........I'm 240 lbs now........bro I'll bet I can't run a 5.0 now.....Added mass & age will slow you down.....I'd have to see picks.....I don't think that you can add alot of mass and not run regularly and expect to keep your speed..
