I can't sleep...help?

If insomnia is a side effect froma cycle, OTC meds and herbs probably won't help. I'd go to another doc or even a wlak in place and ask for Ambien or something other than what have currently prescribed. Ambien is the shit IMO.

I am quite the opposite. If I work out later than 7 p.m., I can kiss that sweetful bliss of slumber goodbye. Morning workouts call in Mr. Sandman every night (except when taking tren).
 
let me guess.....trazadone 50 mg tabs? if thats the case its safe to take up to 300 mg's at once. your doc seems to be paranoid maybe you should look for a new one. xanax is real addictive more so then the other benzo's they have a very short half life making the rebound effect profoundly greater then the others. ambien is a good option for sleep, but some docs are affraid of possible addiction (like yours) but it is fairly safe and effective. good luck
 
ambien is very effective but the best night sleep you can get is one that is natural. that is when you just sleep well. i take ambien from time to time but even after a solid 6-8 hours sleep, even without getting up to piss, i still wake up feeling not so rested.

meatneck i am unsure what drug your doc prescribed you but ask him to call in a presciption of ambien to your local pharmacy. it should not be difficult to get your doc to do this if he doesn't think you are abusing it. remember he works for you. if you don't like him find another doctor.

a good night's sleep is more within your control than you might think WITHOUT the use of sleeping aids. regular exercise and peace of mind will work better than ambien or xanax or melatonin. i find when i am not sleeping well it is when i am stressed or worried about something.

I used to suffer from insomnia big time when on a cycle. Nothing fucking worked - OTC drugs, Melatonan, Ambien, Xanax, Valium, GHB, rohibinal, etc, etc. The operative word there "used to." I stumbled across the perfect drug for me. It's called Trazodone HCL. It's dirt cheap and highly effective. I pop 200mgs at night and within 30 minutes I'm out cold for the entire night. I wake feeling rested and ready to go. No grooginess at all. Trazodone is also an anti-depressant but let me tell you the shit works and it works good. It's also NON-HABIT forming. Until I found Trazodone I was going to quit cycliung for good since the insomonia was making me crazy. Do yourself a favor and look into it.
 
Nothing like melatonin, sleep aids, valerian, etc works. DrJmw does have a point. Maybe because I upped it to 600mg a week probably caused it. I didn't think 600 was a lot, considering I'm on EQ only. I'll back it up to 400mg.. Maybe because I'm small guy it effects me more so than someone who is 6' 1 and 200+ pounds (being at 600mg a week).. Thanks for your advice guys..I'll check out the Trazodone HCL.. :)

bro don't take valium xanax or any of that shit...you'll get hooked...melatonin is a good starter...gotta be careful with sleep meds, they'll become a part of your daily routine...try cardio, that helps, do some research on foods to eat prior to sleep or try some sort of relaxation session, that helps too. Don't beat your stuff off like some 1 said, that's sad. EQ can do this 2 U so you know that this is the reason, think b 4 you get started on another addicting drug though
