Ok I got you attention:
I've done two cycle prior to this one. The fist was 500mg/week of sust. Then the second was 500mg/week of sust with 30 mg/day of of pink thai D-bols. They gave me a shit load of size, and now I just want to slim down and get harder. And yes I am gonna do a shit load of cardio. I currently weight 185 I'm trying to get down to 175 while gaining some good quality muscle.
I was planning on doing 400mg/week of Eq and 50mg/day of Winny.Or do you think I should up the winny? Also can someone help me out with a good diet?
