I have been doing bulking diets for the past two years ive gone from 170 to 250 lbs.
The problem is I seem to have been collecting a lot of impacted feces in my colon (i thinks what they call it when you acumulate shit in the walls of the colon. Now i just shit pencil thin stools and cant even do 4000 cals diets

I used a fleet enema to try to get rid of all the impacted feces, but didnt work well, i want to get rid of all the shit in my colon. Does anybody know anything about this... i need to do somo more bulking diets to get up to 280lbs but i cant because of this problem.

I went through this same type of thing 3 months ago while bulking up. I actually had to go to the hospital it was so bad I tried enemas, they didn't work. I was released after x - rays and ct scans revealed no obstruction. So after that, while still constipated ( it was for 5 days of hell ) I went to the normal doc who had been out of town. He gave me this perscription for this liquid to drink. It was a large tub but I don't know the name of the liquid. It liquifies ALL of the stuff in your colon and you go, it cleans you out completely.

Man! You guys are a bunch of charmers...
Yeah, lots of water and fiber (use something with psylium husk powder, but again with lots of water so it doesn't back-fire on you and worsen things).
DO NOT continue using Fleets enemas. That should be a one time deal to get things moving.
Strongly consider a series of colonics. Sounds gross, but a good colon hydrotherapist will walk you through the process and it will help with total body detoxification as well.
(this seems to be a recurring theme on EF this morning)

A combination of fibers daily would go a long way to improivng the situation. I use psyllium fiber and guar gum to combine bulk fiber with water soluble fiber for the best of all possible worlds. There are many other benefits to this as well like improving your blood lipids and others. Bulk, plain(no additives like are in metamucil) fibers can be obtained cheaply from beyond-a-century.com

man, you go away for a day and look what you miss :)

agree with everyone about the fiber and colonic, seems too late to remedy with the fiber alone though.

I actually mix psyillium fiber in with my homebrew protein concoctions, the pencil-poops do NOT happen using those....

From what i heard its called a Hyrdo-colonic, my friend did it and said he felt like a new man afterwards.

Try to consume more FIBER.. it aids in bowel movements.

Green veggies.. those are you major sources for it... if not, try supplements. They will do the trick.

I hope that helps!

IMPORTANT!!!

You're in serious trouble.

I've had an impacted colon....it's not pleasant.

Your standard diet must be neglecting either regular fiber, water, and/or both.

To fix your problem, plan on 86ing your diet for a day or so. Get some fiber, foods that are gentle on your digestive system, and at least 2 bottles of MAGNESIUM CITRATE.

In short, since stuff will flush thorugh you, you don't wan't to bother eating stuff that takes time to digest.

Take a bottle of magnesium citrate and drink it all. Also drink pleanty of water. It's a saline laxative, and it will promote a lot of junk breaking loose from your intestinal walls and being shot out the body. You will have loose movements, so plan on spending the day home. Your movements likely will be painful if some of the discharge is hardened from being in the body for a long time.

Don't eat anything until a good couple of hours after you take the magnesium citrate so it doesn't just get flushed through with everything else.

After you get done pooping your brains out, see if your stool is normal sized. One treatment should flush a lot of stuff loose...if not all of it.

However, I'd suggest repeating the process the next day. Remember, lots of liquids.

If you want to make movements less painful, take the magnesium citrate before bed (assuming you'll wake up if you feel the need to go bathroom). I find that being horizontal lets the laxative work overnight (gravity isn't your enemy), and first thing in the morning, you'll need to go, but it won't be so harsh because any stomach acid flushed into your intestines will have had time to neutralize.
