HAHahahaha - Sounds like you pinched a good one 40. Maybe you should have taken that one to the taxidermist and had it mounted on a stand. hahaha
A Colonic Irrigation is what it is called, and although you probably do not need this yet, if you do, you should get it. Stay away from breads! Gluten from yeast is the culprit that causes this. There is way more gluten in white breads, than dark, and grainy breads, so if you must, choose these. Your body has a very difficult time processing gluten, and over time, it cakes on to the wall of your intenstines forming a slimy mucos membrane. Because of this, nutrients from the food that you are eating, cannot be absorbed through the walls of your intestines, and you are literally "starving", while eating since you are not getting any of the vital nutrients from the food you are getting, and most food turns to fat.
Most men in there 40s (not pointing a finger 40butpumpin hahaha, this is for unhealthy men), actually have a few pounds of this build up in there intestines, and are due for a colonic irrigation. This is due to the amounts of gluten that they have eaten. Look at the people from this era, they were raised on breads, pastries, donuts, muffins, stuff very high in white flour. Why do you think that you see so many beer bellies on people in this age group? I read a good article on this before. It was enough to make me stop eating white flour altogether. Your body just cant process it.
Try getting your carbs from "carbless carbs", veggies and fruits etc. Try drinking some pruine juice in the mornings (gross, but great for the bowl). Good luck, if you need an irrigation, get one and start off new. You will probably be surprised at how much you grow, when you are getting the most out of the foods you eat.
Cheers,
Mavy
