I can never keep my gains

I've done a decent number of cycles and haven't maintained gains from a one of them. Granted, I have not always made the most sensible decisions at the conclusions of my cycles. And, I have not always done PCT. However, there have been several cycles where I did a good PCT, but, given enough time, I ultimately drop back to the state I was in before I began. Why is that? I think it's just the way my body is. It has a muscle mass limit which is written in my genes. The juice takes me past that level, but, once I come off I begin to return to my previous level of mass. What do you guys think?

Most of my cycles have been 8-10 weeks long. Consisting primarily of test, d-bol, some winny and EQ.

stats...years lifting....That might have something to do with it....Also diet...You can just eat like a madman while bulking then all of a sudden stop when ur done....you still gotta eat like a man 20 lbs heavier!
 
2 reasons, either you're at your genetic limits already or you don't know how to train/diet right.

I top out at around 205-210ish at 12% if I come off for a long time. Actually I'd probably top out at closer to 150 now given that I'm shutdown, but that's what HRT is for :)

Basically it's very easy to lose everything you gain on juice

Yes, I believe it is true but most do not want to face it. If I stay off too long I will lost everything that I gained during the cycle,even when a good pct is done. I think the genetic limit thing is true, For someone that has been training for a long time and reached their limit it is near impossible to maintain most of the gains if you do not go back on cycle within a certain time.
 
A lot of the gains are often waterweight. The muscles are more filled with blood and muscle and you look as you have gained a few pounds.

If you have problems maintaining your gains I would do this:

Start low, use a low dose of gear and always focus on the diet and training. A slow gain is in my point of view a better pick than a rapid.
Try a low dose cycle, 10mg dbol for 60days might give you mkore than you think. The dose is very low and will probably increase the protein synthesis.

The cycles I've been most happy about is the ones with winny. I use 50mg ED for 6-8 weeks and that's it. Right now I'm also using Propionate EOD at a dose of 50mg. I use 50mg winny Ed. I've gained about 8lb, and have lost some fat. Change your calorie intake after your weight. I see people eating a lot on gear and when they go off the cycle they go back to "normal" life and eat too little. Train hard but not toooooo often, you will need the rest.
 
Genetic potential sounds like it has been reached...

Ask yourselves this question :(

If you WERENT able to gain it naturally, what makes you think you can keep it once you go back to being natural???
(I would ask that to EVERYONE, not just this thread poster...)

One problem with eating off cycle like you were when you were on cycle is the fact that your metabolisim has slowed down considerably and you just end up putting on fat while you lose some muscle.
