I found a way that most of you proably know about but I have never saw it posted on here, you make kraft dinner take what you made and mix it with a can of tuna its about 800 cals with about 50g+ gram pro,but high carbs so its only good for bulking

bonus is it is dirt cheap
macaroni in "cheddar" sauce
and yes tuna is good in it
as is ground beef
but i can no longer have carbs so i stay away
like JKURZ said, I make pasta - whole wheat pasta rotini....
~2 cups dry pasta, cook, add 1 lb lean beef, 1 bell pepper, and whatever marinara sauce you want (there are actually some pretty healthy ones) and enjoy
