anybody on hrt and in their 20's?

ive done some cycles before and i think i may have permanately screwed myself up. my doc already has had me do two cycles of clomid to try and get my levels up and each time they go from 600 down to around 150/200. i just stopped another cycle of clomid yesterday and my bloods right now are in the 600s. my next blood test is in april and if my levels go down again i think im gonna have to just go on hrt and do the occasional cycle on my own throughout.

what are ur thoughts?

thanks

i did my own aas cycles on my own and gone through the doc to try and get my levels up after my pct didnt work. ive been going back and forth like this for about 2 yrs.

If the Clomid is increasing your T levels then it's safe to assume your Leydig cells are intact and functional. This would indicate that secondary hypogonadism is the likely cause for your low T. Personally, I'd lay off everything for 2 months then have some labs done for LH, FSH, T, E2, etc. If your LH is still low then starting HCG would be a more appropriate therapy. Professional advise from a physician knowledgable in HRT should be your first move.

but how many times would you cycle hcg and clomid before u finally gave up? ive already done a few treatment cycles with hcg and clomid and once i stop my levels plummet. im a fucken mess from all this clomid im taking. ive been doing 100mg/day for almosy a year.

if my levels go back down i think im gonna jus go with the hrt. ill prob be prescribed cyp right? would i be able to supplement this with some test e every few months for a mini cycle or should i try to get cyp---ive got test e already--or would mixing the two tests bring un wanted sides?

I have done and I'm in the process of this right now myself, of course for different reasons but I have to agree with Vertigo as this being your best route right now.

And it really bites to be an imbalanced mess - I feel you on this.

i know what u guys are saying but i have already done this numerous times for long periods and every time i stopped my levels went down to about 200 and the doc was happy with that b/c it was low-normal. i had been seeing one of the best urologists in ny.

The reason I suggested laying off everything for a few months is to let your system correct itself. At 21 your endrocrine system is as resilient as it's going to get. I'd stop trying to fix it and let it fix itself. Chances are in a few months things will slowly start a return to normal. You have nothing to lose by waiting. Begin a healthy lifestyle, i:e, eating, exercise, sleep, etc. and see what happens. If things don't correct then go to plan B.

PS. I got to thinking about this whole deal after my post. Have you had full labs done? I mean, CBC, Lipids, thyroid panel, etc. along with the usual sex hormones.
