How long had you been off clomid before getting your last bloodwork?
From what I understand, if your LH, FSH are normal, then that suggests primary hypogonadism... I don't see why HCG and Clomid would be administered? Men with primary hypogonadism are candidates for testosterone replacement therapy. Have you talked to any doctor about testosterone therapy? I personally would rather long-term testosterone therapy over clomid therapy (then again, I can't stand clomid!)
I'm in a similar situation bro.... just saw an endo for the first time this morning... having bloodwork done tomorrow and then we'll see where to go from there

My other results from my last test that yielded 177 was:
FSH--5.7 (1.4-18.1)
LH--1.59 (1.50-9.30)
Estradiol--18 (<52)
I feel like total shit 24/7
I spoke with my urologist and he wanted me to go on clomid again but then when I resisted he said 200mg test eow. I'm waiting for a return call to see if i can get him to give it to me 100mg ew.
your lh is very low which means that the chemical which signals your testes to produce testosterone is nto being produced.
I don't know enough to comment more on this, but l that low is part of the explanation of what's wrong.
i think it's the pituitary that secretes lh (correct me), but you can go from there.

yea...thats y i have been diagnosed with secondary hypogonadism because my testes are functioning, its just that the chemicals that tell them to produce test are not working correctly. they are actually normal size right now thats why im surprised that my levels are so low. normally when my balls are normal my levels are good and vice versa.
the doctor i have been seeing is a urologist and i am going back to a diff guy this week for a second opinion. he has worked with many athletes to get them off aas and get their own production back on line. hopefully he can suggest something that will work.
untill then, i have started clomid again at 100mg ed and 2 sprays AIFM just to try and bump up my test a little.
