Hey whats up. It's been awhile since venturing on here, couple years, and I must say, man did the damn thing blow up! Everything is so nice. I can find shit easily and there's even a friggin forum dedicated to recipes! Whoohoo! Gone are the days of tuna and bread! Kick it up a notch! Bam!
Just breaking back into the scene at the gym. For the next month I'm doing a simple routine. All the body parts Mon, Wed, Fri, 2 setsx10reps, a cheasy ripp-off of the HST program. I'm really anxious to start it, but Jan 5 I'm flying to Cinn. to see my Dr for a 2 year check up. Blow knee from motocross, torn ACL,PCL,MCL, meniscus, and pattela tendon. So I don't want to find my maxes now, and start the program only to miss out on 1/3rd of the program.
So I'm also trying to add mass to my legs and such. I weigh 175lbs. at probably 15%bf. So I eating 350g protein, 350g carbs, about 77g fat for a total of 3400 cal a day.
Also I'm gonna start doing a brisk walk on off days to rid bf cals and not waste calories on intense cardio.
