how to tell the real difference between chest fat/gyno

the title says it all. usually chest fat comes from around pecs ,armpits and below chest?

I never get gyno so dont know personaly how it feels compared to fat but looking at others it sticks out a tad more and looks puffy rather than flater and streched. Strange way of saying it i suppose

I think the two go hand and hand, the only way to tell the difference is to lose the fat and see how your chest looks.
