So I have a connundrum.
I had been planning on taking 60mg var / day for 10 weeks - my question is now that the paper has come back at 6.6mg/square, do I take 8 squares a day instead of 6? 8 squares would be 53mg total assuming my stuff is roughly equal to the tested batch.
The complication is that people reporting past results on var have done so with underdosed stuff without realizing it - eg "great results with 50mg" actually meant "great results with 35mg", etc... So if I take 8 squares, I'll be along the lines of 80mg a day according to past buyers.
Any thoughts? Who's done paper, how much did you do, and what were your results in LBM gains?
