How to shrink shirts?

Hey guys I have a few T-Shirts and Polo Shirts that I have...they're a pretty good fit on me, but just a little too big (a little long). How would I go about shrinking them? They're all cotton, if that means anything. I've heard just wash them in hot water...is that all there is to it? I wash all of my whites in "Hot Cold" setting anyways...

wash it in hot water, and dry on medium/high or high, it will take an inch off the length in most cases.

I agree ...however, if you have already washed them, they will not shrink as much, if at all. I would still give it a spin in hot water. Then toss it in the dryer.

Make sure the sleeves and whatnot won't get too small for you though...I'm had some shirt sleeves get waay to fuckin tight
