Got my gear Omega, thanks bro.

Question: Do you not reccomend taking the Amp02 on cardio days?

How many minutes prior to workout should I take the AMP?
 
45 minutes:) and take ONLY pre Lift! Upper body days

my New Fav is 7 Caps AmplifyO2 with 1 cap LipoStim3

why shouldn't you take AMPo2 on leg days?
 
You can but you will find 3 caps LIPOFLAME + 1 LipoStim3 does more for Legs on Leg day
or even just 4 caps LIPOFLAME

you can also do 2 Caps LIPOFLAME + 6 Amplify02

basically you can mix and match it all if you scale back to half a serving of each
 
Omega what about the guys running the 5X5 which incorporates legs on every workout??

Am I overthinking this?
 
YES! hi:)

Always do legs TWICE a week and all together with Abs.

The only other split I can see is doing Hams and Calves on Back day ( do to deadlift cross over)

and then Quads and abs on their own day
 
Just ordered the stack and I am excited as any to get it. The reviews are outstanding for a non anabolic product!
