how to pack on muscle and strengh??????

im new to powerlifting bench is 250 squat 444 and my deadlift is 385 i need some pointers on when to rest when to train what to lift how many times to lift it, and how to get rid of this fucking headache that i got pushing out 400 on the 2 rep on squats. i think well i know im over training but i dont know how to train right can someone help me out.
