how to drop bodyfat fast!!!!!

I just want to know how to drop body fat the fast way. Iam at 15%bf and want to drop below 9%. I know its not easy but what is the best way, what foods should I avoid, and what foods should I eat? how much cardio should i do a day without loosing muscle, because iam still trying to get bigger. What supplements would help?
 
Your best bet in trying to drop body fat is going to be cardio and diet. I would recommend keeping a fairly high intake of protein (1.5 g per lb) while reducing nearly everything else. Cut all useless sugars and carbs and avoid any form of processed sweets. Up your water intake as high as you can tolerate. Try for 2 gallons a day. You probably will not reach the mark but by trying to get there you will accomplish a larger goal. The water will work as an awesome natural diuretic, which will of course help you to cut.

Cardio should be done twice a day, once pre breakfast for about 40 mins and once again after your last meal for 40 mins. Avoid late night binge eating and make sure that you are keeping your caloric intake at a reasonable level that ensures what you are putting out exceeds what you are taking in.

It is hard as hell to drop body fat “fast” because most people do not have the dedication and willpower it takes to make this happen. It is going to be all about denying yourself everything and giving everything else to the cause. You can do it if you’re willing to go that extra 10 miles. A side note, I do not think it is reasonable to expect to make many gains while working to cut body fat at a quick pace. As a general rule only one goal can truly be accomplished at any given time. Have you seen prisioners of war after 2 weeks?. You can see all their bones. That's the best way. Stop eating. Do it like for 5 days, drinking a lot of water and a little bit of nutrients like multi vitamin with minerals, a little glass of milk, some veggies and maybe 1 or 2 eggs per day. That's it. After 5-7 days start a new nutritional plan well organized with excersise and cardio.
 
start reading various cutting threads in the diet forum as well as training forum before asking an open question like that which will take half an hour to type a decent response to

bottom line, what you need is huge desire, willingness to learn, and willingness to actually follow through and do it. thats where people fuck up, they just dont want it enough, and are lazy.

The perfect plan or idea is useless without follow through and execution!
 
There is no way to drop BF fast. You can clean up your diet and do all the cardio you want it is going to take a long time. Don't expect miracles. Just avoid sugar, starchy foods, white flour, most breads and do a lot of cardio. Eat properly proportioned meals. Even if you have ECA laying around it is still going to take a while. Just start now and get you bodyfat tested every month to see the improvements.

This is the most irresponsible thing I have ever read. To think someone would actually take this advise is scary. Look dropping more than 300 to 500 calories a day IMO may help for a temporary fix but the weight you are going to loose is muscle, you will shut your metabolism down and go into a catabolic spiral thus end up fatter. If I am wrong PLEASE someone tell me!!!

I do not know the answer to your question because I am trying to loose bf right now without dumping my muscle I am working so hard to build, thought I could get good info here.....Good luck I hope you keep us informed! :)

unfortunately, all of them are illegal and hard to obtain. the only legal way i know of to drop kilos of pure fat almost instantly is liposuction.
everything sold OTC as "weight loss supplement" does not work substantially.
but even with lipo, the foundation is still diet and here ketogenic diets like Atkins work best for me.
 
Do a half hour of cardio in the morning before eating anything. Drink tons of water. Take Bitter orange, caffeine and yohimbe a half hour before each meal. No sugars, flour, deep fried food. Take whey protein as meal replacement.

Not really, but I just want to know what I should be taking. I currently work out twice a day. 45-60 min of cardio in the mornings and I lift weights at night. I just want to be more cut and defined and I don't know what else I can do to achieve that. Any suggestions? What about clenbuterol???

Quit working out 2x a day. Fix your diet. Being cut and defined starts AND ends with diet....not training 2x a day. With training, more is not always better. Focus on QUALITY of workouts, not QUANTITY. If your diet is jacked up, then no matter how much you train, you will never see results.

Don't even think about supplements such as Clen without working on diet first.

Have you posted up a day or two of diet to be critiqued? Do that, and I am sure people can tweak it to give results. Post EXACT info, amounts, measurements, size, time of day, preparation, condiments, water intake, etc.

Do the same with training......
 
What Daisy Said. Unfortunately for me there is no way to "loose body fat quickly" so I never let it get too high. I'll only let it go up to 12%. It is just too hard to try to lose it fast without loosing alot of muscle. Even at 12 I take don't like to loose more than 1-2 lbs a week.

Sorry there arn't any quick fixes. If there were you'd see a whole lot more lean mean bodies out there.

I guess you can count this a one to grow on.
 
it would be nice if it were easy, but its not. But trying to lose body fat is a true commitement that will test your willingness to push yourself to optimal fitness. It will suck, but suck it up and push on because the end result is well worth the pain, that is what pushes all of us here to do what we do. good luck!

p.s. U didnt gain the fat overnight, ur not gonna loose it overnight!

there are but they should not be used lightly, sound diet drug free, dropped me from 238 and 27%bf to 170 and 10%bf and now after bulking I am up to 194 and 15%. Get on the diet board and daisygirl and velvett will help.

I feel like I really watch what I eat and am really careful about it. But, I could be wrong. Every day is pretty routine, sometimes it might change a little. I never eat fast food and only have sweets on sundays.
Here is how it goes:

8:00 a.m.
one serving of light & fit yogurt with an apple, bannana, or orange. A myoplex carb watchers protien drink, 25 grams of protien, 3 carbs. Some mornings a low-carb tortilla with 5 grams of protein and 2 carbs with low fat peanut butter on it.
Throughout the morning I might snack on some friut slices if I feel hungry.

12:00 noon
Lunch varies. But I try to have about 20 grams of protien and minimal carbs. Usually I have a salad with lots of veggies and light dressing. And then I will have cottage cheese or tuna fish with it.

3:30 p.m.
A myoplex protein drink approx 22 grams of protien and sometimes some fruit. Or a Lean Body- Texas Pecan Pie protien bar.

7:30-8:00 p.m.
Three egg whites & one full egg with some ketsup. Or a baked salmon fillet with lemon juice and spices with a salad or some veggies. Or shrimp with salt & pepper and veggies.

My weaknesses are fruit and peanut butter. I probobly should eat less fruit but I stopped buying peanut butter so I wouldn't be tempted to eat it. I drink a gallon or more of water every day. And my workout quality is damn good. I train with a couple of guys that have been lifting for six years and they don't let me slack or cheat at all. My cardio is damn good. I work my ass off! I usually burn in the 45-60 minutes 650-850 calories.
Any suggestions???

Well I like this little bit of advice! Thanks!!! I'm doing the twice a day cardio thing. And i'm drinking two gallons of water per day. Someone mentioned that I could be flushing out my electrolytes from drinking that much water. Is this true? How is this harmful? What can I do to avoid it?

easy simple suggestion,, liposuction,,, lol

no being serious,

drop all carbs but post workout
keep your protein high
30 minutes of cardio 2 x a day

this will do the trick

I just say this because so many females are borderline obsessive-compulsive
about their appearance and they overdo things...like losing too much
weight and consequently losing breast size.

I can't lie, I find a tiny belly to be sexy on a female

My best tip would be this

#increase morningwalks from 0 to 4-5 days oer week, 40-60 minutes just when you wake up, take some EC before.

# Training, increase intense a bit. I like to do more movements each session, 2 musclegroups per session, 2 sessions than 2 off.

#: Suppliements. EC, Clen maybe but that shit is not nearly as effective for me. Green tea.

Eat less, but more often. Lower the carbs as the day goes by. I like low fat diet + ALA , carbs makes me more pumped and I get the energy for each session, I also sleep like a baby. Low carbs makes me crazy, find what works for you.

Steroids: None
 
Yep that is me! I don't have to worry about loosing my boobies! They arent' exactly all real... They can't shrink! I just want to be more ripped. I don't think i'm some fat ass or anything. Just want a six pack!!!

How about posting up some more pics. I'm not saying that because I want to see how hot you are, I am merely trying to get a better look at what you are up against physique-wise. I have a ton of experience helping women achieve the look they're after. More often than not, the look you're after has a lot to do with your genetics. I have a client that is the most dedicated person I have ever seen, and she still fails to achieve the look that she's after due to her genetics. Her diet is perfect. She lifts hard. She does her cardio, and she is mentally stronger than anyone I have ever met. She has tried every supplement to come down the pike, and still hasn't gotten where she wants to go. I am about to say something pretty drastic here. I think djufo is onto something here. From looking at your diet, I believe that you have built your metabolism enough to try something like what he suggests...modified slightly, of course. After your morning cardio, take some BCAA caps to help stave off catabolism. I would then suggest that you try to put off eating as long as you can. Try to make it to 10:00 a.m. for your first meal. Every time you feel hunger pangs, just remember that you are doing this for a reason, and you have goals. Oh yeah, I almost forgot. Get some L-Carnitine, and take about 1.5-3 grams 30 minutes prior to morning cardio. Try to put off your next meal as long as possible. Hopefully you can make it to 4:00 p.m. Eat the 4p.m. meal, and that is it for the rest of the day. Cut yourself down to two meals per day. Use BCAA capsules between meals, and at bedtime to help maintain the muscle you currently have. I am currently on a program similar to this, and I have shed nearly 20 pounds in 3 weeks. I would suggest that you just try this for a week, and see if you're happy with the results. It is very important to use the power of your mind to direct you where you want to go. This is also a very temporary program. It is not something that you want to follow for long periods of time. Make sure that you have all of your nutritional bases covered. i.e. good mulivitamin, extra vitamin c, extra vitamin e, and a good supplemental calcium. Good luck.
 
cut the catsup on your diet, reduce by half all sugars, eat spicy foods, add some coffe prior workout your 1 gal, intake of water is ok, no need to uplift it.
if you are considering the use of clen, i would suggest you to better consider the use of oxandrolone , clen won't do anything but give you headaches.
diet looks good, just give it time
