One thing i will say, is that you should be selective in who you get your advice from. If you are natural, then do not seek advice from those who you suspect take steroids because the rules are different. There are those on here who will rubbish me and claim that the principles are the same whether natural or not, but it's about more than that, it's about being able to cticically analyse all aspects of your training and being given advice about maximising your returns from training naturally from someone taking steroids will not serve you well.

Very True.

jeremy=arent you that dumbass kid that pearl jam made a song about?i dunno

yes there is reason for calling people names. they called me names first and made rude comments about me first. dont they teach that in kindergarden anymore? dont dish it if u cant take it.

dont make me have to roll your fat ass out of my thread chunky cheeks. oh yeah not to mention the roid rager tag team of chumpy and dumpy aka needsachillpill and the karatekid

Go back and read the thread, I merely responded to your calling me names, I never started anything, and as much as i would love to drop it, you're still here throwing sad insults at people.

All the guys on this board that juice, had physiques that were far more advanced than yours before they started juicing, so what's your excuse. You throw comments around about roid raging, again showing your lack of knowlege as "roid rage" does not exist, and if you came to elite to learn, as opposed to throwing around childish insults, you'd probably know these things.

Bottom line is that you expressed an opinion in this thread that happens to be wrong, and that you in no way, shape or form have any proof to back that up. But instead of doing the mature thing and just leaving it along, you continue to take these sad little jabs at people. This kind of crap isn't needed or welcome on this board. If you have any knowlege to contribute to the discussions here, by all means, add your two cents worth. But if all you've got are these pathetic little insults, then go back to the sandbox with the other kids.

i'm 240 at 5'9 and only 14 yrs old, maybe 15% bodyfat(it's called bulking, might wanna try sometime) and of course, drugless.

Ah, no. So sorry. You are way more than 15% dude!

A natural with 204 lbs of lean mass at 5'9"? I think not. At 14 years old? I know not.

Y I would love to see you say this shit you're talking to any one of these guys in person. Would you continue to talk shit in the ICU? Shitbag

Having a muscular frame doesn't automatically make someone a great fighter. Not an insult towards you or anything negative, just something I believe.

WannaBpowerful,

Why not just ask your friends if it concerns you so much. You should be only concerned with your own progress instead of comparing with others, which is something 85% of people on these boards are more concerned with.

I disagree, whether or not you're on juice, basic bodybuilding concepts remain the same, the only difference is that your recovery ability improves and you can subject your body to higher amounts of stress when on gear. I trained for 10 years before taking a shot at gear. All my training principles remain the same, except I take in more calories and do slightly more sets when I'm "on".

I agree, unless dude's a complete genetic freak. And bulking at 14? On a mainly anabolic board at 14? Ahh, the internet.

well...sorry to burst your buble, but im at about 15%. if i had a webcam and knew how to use it id take pics but i dont hae one. it'd probably be gross anyways..i got stretch marks that are still red and im very white(here in wi, the sun dont shine too much)

if it helps my case to be more believable for you, i turn 15 august 31.

it sucks you dont believe me but in the other hand you think this is unreal so it's quite the compliment to head off to bed with! thanks....

In thaiboxe's case it does mean that though

Oh, and regarding the question on "how to distinguish a juicer"... here's how.
In your gym, if you think someone is using, stroll up to them, look em in the eye and drop the question "say, man. you on juice?" Then you can either hear a yes, or a "no, but I'll take that as a compliment." Of course, you could also get slammed into the wall, too. Be careful. :D
