How the hell do u guys FEEL if you have liver problems?

I have heard some guys saying they have liver problems or feel some liver irritation... how do u guys feel it or wat are some signs?? I take 2,500mg of milk thistle, i would think this is enough. Its one capsule so, its not like i'm taking a shiet load of milk thistle capsules.

Go to the doctor and get a blood test if you are concerned. Chances are you are fine.

A 2500mg capsule of milk thistle??? Are you sure it's not 250mg? Anyway, a liver enzyme test is the only way to know. Some early signs are skin irritations and unexplained tiredness. By the the time your skin and eyes start to yellow, your liver is already starting to get dammaged.

Dude I believed you, I was being serious. A little too much test lately Were they just at like a shoppers or something. That's the only place I see jaimeson products.

I got my blood test back a while ago and my GammaGT level was a little high. I never had any problems, I just went in because the doc wanted to put me on Accutain and I needed to get full check up before I went on it. Needless to say I did not get the Accutain and now am on Milk Thistle at 2 grams a day also other things for the liver. Go for a full blood test if you are worried about anything.

get a liver enzyme test to check your ALT and AST. I got Hep C 20 years ago before they knew it was Hep C. I plan on getting milk thistle too. right now I have a viral count of 282,000 units but the doctor said to wait for any inteferon.
Keep taking the milk thistle.

I'm also using the Jamieson milk thistle caps - posted on this a week ago or so. I had the same confusion, they say 2,500 mg in big letters on the front, and there is some ratio calculation in small print elsewhere. So maybe they are 150mg when all is said and done. Anyway, I pop 2 a day.

i buy my milk thistle in bulk form frrm this outfit...I make tea with thistle & gingko and ingest huge spoonfulls..its really cheaper in bulk form...seems potent too...I mix the seed extract with I believe the leave extract....I don't do gear,but caught HEP C a decade ago...my enzymes stay modestly high(high protein,etc) and I have plenty of energy(38)..rarely does my body get tired,usaully its my brain that forces me to shut it down each day..any thoughs about any liver topics are welcome..just found this board.mike
