How much should I expect to gain from this cycle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Genetics, diet, training style and intensity, dedication, how close or how far past your natural limit you are, previous cycles, body type all play a role. Absolutely not way to answer that question. The only answer is that you will make the best gains for genetic predisposition and body type if your diet and training are on point.

I think there are to some degree what can be answered.

For instance when I finally quite getting the short stick (got caught up on bills car starts acting up rod knock, company decides to close the doors) It will be my first cycle. I will be HOPEFULLY using 20 to 30 mg per day of Monsterdrol and possibly stacking it with icon or something similar. Now genetically at 6 foot 3 It's safe to assume I am not a "hard gainer" but from that information and an organized workout schedule I think some information can be derived.

Why?

People expect SUCH A HUGE difference on their first cycle. People need somewhat realistic views. Given enough protien and calories Red should be able to add 20 lbs to his bench in a month? or 40lbs? or 100 lbs? Now let's say I am 25 and benching 200 and weigh 180...Well I wouldn't say that in a month that person will add 100 lbs to their bench. Their joints and bones aren't heavy enough yet? Your turn Needto :)

Edit: For instance. If needto added 30lbs to his bench in a 4 or 6 week cycle. I would call that a pretty successful cycle because of how far along he is on his anabolic path. the farther up the path the steeper the slope gets.

if you knew and could answer..that ..you would have the perfect cycle..for every cycle you do..haha thats like asking how much bodyfat will i lose or gain this cycle..?
you do not know..

training...diet..genetics..

There's only one way I think anyone can come close to predicting what their cycle will do. That is if they were to have already ran that cycle. If they do it again under the same conditions then the same results would be expected. Other than that I dont think other people can tell YOU what you're gonna gain. There are generalizations on types of gains deppending on what the user is running, but I dont think other people can call it.
Only the user can, if they have enough time in the trenches.

I just saved this to my favorites. I'll play the role of the dick who posts the link to this thread when someone asks the question from now on.

I think there are a lot of things that people can tell you to expect from a cycle. Like expect to get dica dick if you are running it alone (not every one will) but I can tell you to expect it.

If some one is running his first cycle and he is running 500mg test. You could say well if you train hard and heavy and eat right you can expect to make some good gains but he could gain anything from 10lbs to 30lb depending on a shit tun of factors.

A lot of things can be expected. Threw user feed back and talking to people you can get a feel for a lot of things, but in the end you have to learn about yourself.

I think the best thing to do for someone is to set them up for success exactly like we do on EF. Give them all the information we can. One thing I always liked about this site is that for the most part, and at least for most of the years I have been here people are willing to help and don't just post a link to the search function like on a lot of other sites. For a first cycle you would have to actually try to not make good gains. I know guys that gained 20 lbs off 200 mgs of deca back in the day.

Yup Yup. :D

i think if you can gain a solid 10lbs of muscle, thats great progress. with water gain youy can get up to 20+. i think being bloated is somewhat overlooked. i dont mind holding some water cuz it makes you stronger, im alot stronger at 250 with some water than 240 with no bloat. therfore pushing heavier weights = more muscle.

for the most part you can only give approximate figures for people's gains. hell some people don't gain any weight but drastically change their body comp and get stronger. its all in the food baby. that one is fo sho.

But you can make generalizations says the devils advocate!!!

And there is always some guys on the forum pushing up big weights and that's what people (first time users that don't know better) expect to happen over 6 weeks. OR do you think people don't understand the full depth of what they are putting in their body and how much it is actually capable of changing given proper diet and training?

This is one thing that a lot of people don't understand. I'm at a point in my life where I can put on whatever amount of weight that I choose as far as water is concerned, but what is that good for? Nothing! Now when it comes down to adding LBM in pounds that is a different story. I feel great if I can add 5 lbs LBM per year. Mostly now I'm pretty well in it for maintaining what I have. At 6' I've been the 240 before and don't really care to go back at least right now.

So the question, Needto, as you know, has always been here and always will. I just try to be understanding and ignore them myself as they will only learn the true meaning of gains through years of personal experience.

I just finished my 3rd cycle and it was by far my best. Why? I was able to get the focus I needed to make it the best. Kept a relatively clean diet trained hard focused on weak parts and it all came together.

If you can't put at least 90% focus on your cycle i think your wasting it. The noise in the world will fuck you over everytime.

At 6'3@ you can still be a hard gainer. Height has nothing to do with how fast you gain muscle.

I think way to many people put an emphasis on pounds. Ive seen bros brag about being 220, however their bodyfat is so high and they look like total shit..

yup

What most people dont understand is when a newbie talks about his cycle gains, that rarely means he gained lean mass.

In my first cycle, I gained 30 lbs but my waist got 4 cm bigger.
In the second one that I started almost a month ago, I am up by 11 pounds and lost 1 cm from waist. Now that's what you call lean gains because I didnt get any bloat.

So if the waist size improved a lot , I would say more than an inch , than I dont give a fuck what people gained. If I are this way, I can gain 30 pounds very easily at the cycle I am on right now.

Tall people might expect more gains, Wide structured guys might expect better gains because It should be like that.
Mesomorphs can except to blow up
People who knows nutiriton can get big a lot.
If you use properly planned intense training methods, you can expect to get bigger and stronger.
If your sleep is long and good quality, you can train harder, recover faster and gain more.
If you lost muscle before a cycle, you can gain faster and more.
If you are far away from your genetic limits, you can gain a lot. However there are some people who becomes happy to gain 4-5 pounds .

And if you use the fucking "search" function , you can and will gain more.
And If you listen to Ross, you will be competing at the
Mr. O .

Depends on many factors, including:

how many cycles have you have before

the ingredients of the cycle and how they interact together

diet

rest / sleep

genetics

how your body responds to aas

how well you know your body

whether you are bulking or shredding

length of cycle

PCT - determines to a certain extent how much gains you keep

protein intake (food + supplementation)
