Well once every one calms down, we seem to be able to size this up in this manner .. Usually, the rule of thumb is about 35- 40 grams per meal.. Anything more is usually overkill and to keep your body fed in the right manner you should do this 4 - 5 times a day.
I sometimes take in 100 grams at one sitting, or more. And my body seems to utilize it fine. My question would be this:
Can one eat in one sitting, what one expels in one shitting?
