You're a goddamn maniac for putting up that kind of weight beast.WalkingBeast said:Incline Bench: 225x20 275x10 315x3 340x1 (This may change tommorow!! haha)
Flat Bench: 225x24 275x12 315x7 325x5 335x3.5 365x1
Not too far behind, only by a few reps, and considering I havent tested max on Incline much, its probabally very close, since 340 was pretty easy on incline.

Incline Bench: 225x20
Tweakle said:close grip pretty much what I can bench, my incline sucks.
best I've ever done was flat 325 x 1, close grip 275 x 6, incline 225 x 3
prolly because I have no upper chest
beast beast beast!!!
needsize said:I use the bar for flat, dumbells for incline so its hard to tell. Right now I am benching 315 for 8 -10 reps, and inclining 10 reps with the 125lb'ers.

I'm right around 240lbs, at about 11%bf, so up 60lbs from show day and the biggest I've ever been
Becoming said:Mine are about the same or very close anyway... I lower the angle a bit, but even at the high incline angle, it is within 10%... both well over 400 now...
