How much is too much

I don't believe in supplements I think they are silly. I could spend prolly $80 on lipostack and amplify or go buy some clen, and either some T3 or 10g of test. I got it like that.

But then when I go over to the steroid forum I'm told to get my diet and lifting in line which it most certainly is. My liver functions perfect and I'm 24 years old. I'm tempted to jump on the bandwagon, but after losing 9 lbs and putting 80 lbs on my squat in 6-7 weeks I figure why not run with that for a while.

I think people should start being as cautious with supps as they are with roids.

BTW do you know what ephedrine is used for in the hospital? It's given to people who have lost extreme amounts of blood to raise their blood pressure.

I would argue that running around with a high peripheral blood pressure and your heart pounding at 120bps is just as dangerous as taking some clen.

BTW cmarcell that was in no way directed at you. You have a valid point that those supps prolly will boost performance in someone who want's to be 'enhanced' rather than roided. I just had to vent!

Yeah, and Clen and t-3 won't ever fuck anybody up and never has. T-3 toys with your body's thyroid and natural metabolism. Clen targets your central nervous system. Neither of those sound dangerous at all. :rolleyes:

Most supplements aren't harmful even when taken in high doses. You overdose on t-3 or clen and you get serious issues. You over dose on creatine and you might get an upset stomach. You overdose on testosterone that really isn;t that dangerous either. You shoot 2ml instead of one, you're not really going to hurt anything.

I get your point, and I do agree with most of it. T3 is definitely dangerous. But clen more so than ephedrine?

Clen is a more potent and longer lasting beta agonist while ephedrine stimulates all adrenergic receptors. They are both CNS stimulants. This means ephedrine is more likely to increase blood pressure, and increase cardiac output (heart beat and volume), for the same amount of thermogenic / lipolysis effect. Throw in the potentiating effects that caffeine and aspirin have on cell signaling pathways, and E's adrenergic properties are increased substantially. Now your heart is having to work a shit ton harder to get the same amount of blood to your muscles, and your increasing your risk of an aneurism or tachycardia greatly. This risk only increases more if you're on a treadmill.

Changes in blood pressure can stir up a clot and take one of those to the heart or brain and your dead (stroke or heart attack) instantly.

Not to mention that you're probably increasing your risk of heart disease later in life.

Are these things going to happen at a normal level? No you're probably just fine or at a slightly greater risk. But if you're going to take both substances over the limit I say ephedrine wins (klls) hands down.

Furthermore, test and especially pills can fuck up your liver and they greatly increase your risk of heart attack.

GH increases your risk of cancer.

Creatine made my legs fall asleep while running, and if I would have continued I could have done nerve damage. Although in most people it is safe.

We'd all like to think that we are living a healthy body building lifestyle. If your definition of health is current system performance then yes we are. If your definition is life longevity, yes we are much healthier than many, but no where near where we could be.

A physiology professor once told me that long distance cycling is the healthiest exercise you can do.

Don't take that rant personal bro. I just had to rock the boat a lil bit.

When you said you could grab some t-3 and clen for the same price as liposhred stack, it was a completely unfair comparison in the sense that the level of danger of the two are completely different. T-3 and clen could mess you up by accident. Arguably, so could the liposhred stack if you completely and pruposefully abused it by taking way too much thinking the "more the better" applied.

I've been using the liposhred stack at the recomended protocol and it has been kick ass for me.

Haven't used clen or t-3 for the very reason of it being much more of a risk.

besides hear say, do you have any studies that support gh causing cancer? ive heard the rational behind the concept yet have seen no literature to support it.

injectible test fucking up the liver? absolutely not. in fact, the liver is able to process so much test you probably couldnt take enough to have it even register as stress on the liver.

My diet is in check and i am taking lipoflame!!!!! Good shit... Thanks OMEGA... My body fat was at 22% 1 month ago when i first started and i havent checked it since then but i can tell im down by just looking in the mirror. I think im going to go cardio 6 days once a day and weights 5 days.
