How much EQ a Week

I am taking 50mg winny a day of oral. How much eq a week should I be taking??? I am using a 3cc syringe 22 gauge. A friend says to use 400-600mg a week and possibly up to a 1000mg. Keeping in mind he is a hardcore juicer. Where the gear came from shows to use 200-400 a week. My friend also states to increase slowly and peak and then tapper off the EQ.
