i am trying to loose about .3 % bf a week...
I am eating a high protein (1.5 g ppbw) low carb diet...
is 96 grams of fat, 52 grams coming from flax seed oil - all the rest from tuna/salmon meals and whey shakes too much???
Just want to know what the experts say...
