How much do you weigh and how tall r u

Need some pics of you TV3....DAMN GIRL :)

I am still 5'9.....but have dropped down to 150 pds. My goal is 145-148. Anymore than that and I feel like a skeleton.
 
ive always been heavy....never ever been on the skinny side either...which is shy bulking is so easy..cuttin is a biatch :D

my only prob right now is the thickness i carry in the middle (mid section)

i need to get that narrower.....ive always been sort of square shaped LOL
 
Right now I am really set on cutting. Just gotta get rid of this fat layer. It's gross. Giving up carbs is SO hard. I know I can do it though...because I really want it (though I'm sure my bf will not enjoy my constant bitching that I want some pasta).

I'm recovering from an ed and when I wasn't eating, all I really would comsume was carbs. I'm working hard to set up a diet for myself that will feed my body and help me cut fat. Kind of nervous about it right now but I need to decide if I want to fight my body or fight for my body. I've done enought damage as is-- I want to love it and that's a lot easier to do when it's looking lean.

I'm 5'8"..170lbs:( already lost 5lbs in 30 days but by Jan 1 I will be around 150lbs:D then back up to 155-160 all muscle baby!!!;)

edited because just checked my weight again back up to 170:( my clothes definitely are looser(is that a word..LOL) so I know I have at least decreased my bf%)

5'10 160.....lost some after being sick:( Most Ive ever been is 167..comfortable where I am now.
 
I'm 130 12% body fat 5'4" tooooooo skinny...cut, but not enough mass...currently working on correcting this situation. ;)
 
5' 3 1/2", about 133# guestimating 14-15% bf.... not happy, was up to 136# at lower bf.

Having a hard time eating enough.... am working on it though.
 
5'7", 158lb, maybe 19% bf. But cuttin it down baby! My goal is around 145-148 lb, 14-15%bf & I'll be a happy camper!

5'7", 154lbs. A bit too much fat stored below the waist, but also a lot of good thick muscle under there... And as I said in my introduction, I'll get rid of it asap.
 
5'2 1/2, 130 lbs, 17.5% b/f Right now working on adding muscle mass want to go up to 145, having a hard time eating enough to gain the weight without a lot of added fat. Will begin a cutting diet sometime in March to get ready for competition in July and maybe another one in Sept.

tryin' to find someone to take a reading for me with calipers. But I'm in a size 6 & do have some definition & lines, so prob not too high.
 
5'8" and 125 lbs, BF?? Really trying hard this time to keep my diet clean, lift heavier and cut down on the cardio. Never knew what "eating clean" was until I came to these boards.
 
5' 5" about 115 lbs. about 13-14% body fat. want to gain a little more mass but overall pretty happy :)

Alexsmom sweetie you need to put on some LBS!! 125 at 5'8 is really low!!! Start eating like crazy and lifting some major weight girl!!

I'm trying...I don't think I really look that thin because I'm sure my BF is not nearly as low as yours. I'm really not sure though...I have a history of anorexia so maybe I have a little body image distortion. Anyhow, I'm trying really hard to eat clean and 6 meals a day. I'm really challenging myself with the weights and cutting back on the cardio a bit (I've always been a heavy cardio person).
Maybe you can take a look at what I'm doing and give me your opinion:

Monday: Legs
Tuesday: Tri's and Chest, 1/2 hour cardio
Wednesday: 45 minutes Cardio
Thursday: Back and Biceps....maybe 20 minutes HIIT cardio
Friday: Shoulders....30 minutes cardio
Saturday: 30 minutes HIIT cardio
(stomach exercies mixed in there about 2-3 x/week)

Diet:
7am 3/4 cup oats
10am 2 eggs/1yolk, 1 small apple
12:30pm 3oz tuna mixed in with some brown rice and salsa and veggies
3:30pm rest of tuna
6:30pm 4 egg whites(or some kind of meat) and veggies
9:00pm protein shake
 
5'3" and up to a beastly 142lbs now :eek2: BF unknown, but if I had to guess by the jiggle in my bootay and mushy abs, prob about 18%.

i did one of those hand held bodyfat testing machines...you know the one where you hold it with both hands...arms straight out? everyone at the gym swore is was accurate.....it told me i was 20.3% i wanted to puke my breakfast up lol!!!

yea, I noticed those scratches, but I didnt know if it was a birthmark or something so I was gonna keep my mouth shut...nice pics Spatts..those must be before MOO MOO days - b/c you dont look like a cow at all
 
I'm about 5'2, 107lbs, don't know my bf but wear usually a size 1-2 in clothes. I'm trying to reach 115, started a cycle yesterday actually.
 
5'5" 140 lbs 17.6% body fat

My goal is to remain at 140 lbs (or a little more muscle sure wouldn't hurt) and get down to 12% body fat by May 1st and hopefully maintain there (if it's not too difficult diet-wise). I was at 16.6% before Thanksgiving! :bawling:
 
5'4", a terrible 152!! My bodyfat is at 25%. Really got to work on that!! I was always naturally slender, I usually weigh between 115-120 pounds

I have sooooo much respect for you ladies that are sporting "Badges of Honor" like that...HELL YEAH!!! :)

I box squat EVERY Friday...and when I get done I have a bar mark on both rear delts....usually takes till Tues or Wed to heal. Then Friday its right back. Wear them with PRIDE Spatts...you earned them :)

i use a pad to squat with.:( ...............BUT I SQUATTED 225 FOR 10, THEN 275 FOR 5 YESTERDAY----butt to heel squats....SO TAKE THAT!!! MUHUAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHA!!!!:D

Hello. I'm new to the board. I'm 5'3", 124 lbs. Last contest BF approx 9%-12% I'm off season so I know its higher. Each bf mreasuremet method gave different results. Whats the most accurate way to measure bf?

I'VE ONLY DONE 315 ONE TIME.....IT WAS A "REAL" SQUAT...BUTT ON MY HEELS....KNEES WRAPPED-BELT, ETC., BUT IT SEEMED LIKE A HALF HOUR WENT BY FROM START TO FINISH....KNOW WHAT I MEAN? MY LEGS ARE OUT OF PROPORTION WITH THE REST OF MY BODY ALREADY...I REALLY SHOULD LIGHTEN UP---BUT IT'S AN EGO THANG!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!

5'4" 152lbs about 10-12%bf... just got done bulking.. got up to 165 HUGE, now time to drop to about 135 for contest.
