Pulled a pretty solid 660 x 1 raw last week...after some pretty intense box squats with bands. I want 680 in the next 3 weeks and 700+ will fall again late this Fall.

Pulled 680 x 1 raw tonight...AFTER doing some of the most intense and taxing squats of my life.

700+ will fall.

475 x 1 and 405 x 5 @ 173lbs. bw and all natural. But that was back in the day when I maxed out. Now a days its strictly maintenance @ 250 x 12, 300 x 8 and 350 x 4 @ 183lbs. bw and all nat.
