Pulling 5 wheels a side was the best feeling i ever had in the gym, better than benching 405. I now reset and think about my grip and starting position really quick every rep, and Im now working out with 315 to 325 for about 5. The thing is I dont use starps or a belt. My grip is having a hard time getting the last few reps. I also use an over hand grip with both hands. I just cant switch that yet. Once I did that for 2 or 3 weeks I was ready to try for 405 and I nailed it.

There is absolutely no reason in the world to use one of those gay lifting hooks that are built into the gloves. IF you must use something use a strap, and pro wrist straps are the best for your money.
