John Woe LOL I hear ya. Some of these people should actually go to a few meets and see how rare 500+ benchers are. I'd get a good laugh at a squat poll.

1) I never said I benched 600
2) I'm not a fat fuck I weigh 230 6' - 34" waist.
3) Who said I was natural?
4) When I say 500+ did you see the "+" sign? And yes I mean in sanctioned meets. As far as gym lifts go, if a shirt isn't mentioned I assume it wasn't used. And yes, 500+ raw is rare.
5) No I don't live in Alaska, I follow powerlifting religiously.
6) Anyone that really was into powerlifting would have recognized the antavar as Brent Mikesell's world record breaking 1041lb squat. October 7, 2001.
7) As
John Woe said my post wasn't directed at you, you hadn't even posted yet.
8) I'll once again post the "All Time World Records". That's All time. The elite. The Michael Jordans of powerlifting.

I'll post my real numbers done at 198lbs, natural at the time 2 years ago:
Squat 500
Dead 550
Bench 410(poly shirt)
3 White lights on all 3 lifts. They aren't world-breaking numbers, but they are true. I have been on gear only the past year, hence the extra 30lbs(but not as lean as 198, I dried out to get there).
I will compete at 220 in the Spring/Summer. I'll post my new numbers when I do them.
