How much can you bench over your weight?

Over 200 lbs. I'll squeeze your fukin brains out.

165 over.............if you really want to see who has the strongest lb for lb bench you have to divide your bench max by your body weight.....anyone that can bench 2X their bodyweight is a BMF in my opinion....the few people I know that can do it are all under 180 lbs bodyweight...
 
At 215 I could put up 345 on bench - competition was 325 though with that pause.

At 204 I can put up 315 twice, so probably 320ish.

Whats your squat and deadlift look like?

550dl and 500 squat.
 
I'm 194 now, and I put up 275 3 times last week. My bench is kind of weak. DL'd 315 13 times though.

solid. Suited? Any other accessories to go with those lifts or raw?

I got 500 on deads no problem, I bet I could have done 520 in competition. Squat is weak at 420.

All under 5'9" too, if that, I'll wager (even without knowing how much they weigh). Ectomorph limbs just don't make for a good bench ... they usually have a bitching dead/squat, though.

LOL @ little guys always wanting to judge strength on a lb for lb basis. No matter how you cut the mustard I'm still stronger. :)

Besides that my reach is about six inches longer than theirs. So I can project my lift to their jaw before they get close enough to harm me :) Or I can just hold them out at arms length while they flail like Butch did to Spanky.
 
I havent gave a crap about how much I benched since high school . I remember wrestling kids who could probably bench 50-100 lbs more than me and I would toss them around ..overall strength is all about the hips/core/legs.

belt no straps or suit. never tried a suit or bench shirt.

If we're going pound for pound, then it would percentage over bodyweight.

Yours is very nice. 1.53, or 153% your Bodyweight. Mine is only at 1.50, or 150% my bodyweight.

I did 375 at 191 lbs...I'd be happy if I could do my bodyweight right now.
 
I never try for heavy weight. I workout with 155 and weight 192lbs. I tried 185 once and got it 2 times then failed. I really dont care about heavy just good reps and sets.
