How much Amino acids, BCAA's and or Liver tabs do you ingest daily?

How much Amino Acids, Liver tabs and BCAA's do you ingest daily? Anyone here ingest them with every meal? How much extra protein are you getting in a day from it? What about Liver tabs?

I'm thinking about taking in about 15 grams of extra protein every meal from these supps. I have the money wondering if it's worth it and if it will bring me to the next level.

I'm not sure yet how I want to divide it up probably 6 grams Amino acids 10 grams Liver tabs with every meal. And then during workout drink 20 grams of BCAA's
 
I have 5g BCAA 4x a day, and also get 6g with each protein shake, which I take 3x a day. I mix an extra dose into my gym bottle for sipping during the workout (3x a week).
The difference between not having it and having it, in my opinion, is huge. I went from feeling the fatigue the next day and expecting it, to feeling great. They are building blocks, that are definitely needed. If you have the money, go for gold.
