How many times a week do you guys do abs?

Im like willy, I do abs 2 to 3 times a week

I do one killer workout a week and then two moderate ab workouts to keep them nice and hard
Unfortunatly for myself I was not blessed with good abs from birth like some lucky asses

But my back is as wide as a big screen tv
 
I did abs for a long time and had hardly any improvment. At the time I was doing just sit ups and leg lifts. After all that I quit for a while becuase it was winter I guess. Anyways I started again but this time I am using wieghts and I have seen a BIG difference in my abs in only 10 weeks. My ab routine now is
3 sets of 12 reps incline sit ups while holding a 55lb dumbell
3 sets of 12 reps leg raises with a 10lb wieght attached to my feet.
3 sets to failure cable crunches with different wieght.
1 set to failure incline situps with no wieght.

I do 'em once a week. Used to do them two or three times, but I found on a cycle my abs get TOO big and my gut starts to look like Ronnie Coleman's. Yikes!

So many people waste their time and energy doing hundreds of sit-ups thinking it will trim their waist -- right, and OJ didn't do it!
 
never. They hurt too much when i do them ( the pump ) . when i am low body fat , enough to see them , i will work on them but for now i hit them enough in my routine doing other workouts.
