How many of you juicers have met these benchmarks?

Update 5'9" 165lbs

Squat 1.60 - 265 lbs (ass to ground)
Dead 2.15 - 355 lbs
Bench 1.54 - 255lbs

I don't juice and still workin on the wheels. All lifts are raw.

Try the overhead press when you have some time.
 
my stats:
5'8 177lbs
military press 135lbs
deadlift 375 for 8 reps
squat 225 for 8 reps off the box
summo squat 280 one rep
bench 225 for 8 reps

never tried to max bench since i dont have a partner and getting ready for my first cycle so i cant wait to use if i can up those numbers
 
OK, My lifts and stats. 45 yr 5'11" 204 lbs
Military press- don't press anymore
Deadlift - don't dead anymore
Squat - Squat last, after leg press 3 sets 9 plates on side and leg ext so do 275 x 10
Bench - 325 5 reps

Wish I could do all those lifts again but age and heavy weight does take a toll. Back when I was 23 used to squat 5 1/2 plates per side 6 reps. At 210 lbs was never good at deads.
