How many of you juicers have met these benchmarks?

Can you do this while on, while off, or both?

Military Press 1 x Body weight (standing)
Bench Press 1.5 x Body weight
Squat 2 x BW (real squats boys, below 90 degrees)
Deadlift 2.5 x BW

Post up your body weight and lifts.

Here are mine at 205
MP - 1
BP - 1.6
Squat - 1.8
DL - 2.2
 
I got addicted to DL's. 2.55 x BW (230) a few years ago. did that for 6 rep tho. I almost never max so I'm not sure of the others.
 
while on..

Military Press 1 x Body weight (standing) 315 x 8
Bench Press 1.5 x slight incline 525 x5 only did this one time (I was 218 when i did this, and puffy all over, i didn't like it)
Squat 2 x BW (real squats boys, below 90 degrees) don't do hip sled though 1275lbs x 5
Deadlift 2.5 x BW don't do, seated row, 375 x 8

but i'm 47 yrs old 5'9 210 lbs... so i'm not sure that's a good measure for ya.. In the bench, i normally go 315 for reps

off cycle, you can figure i'll do about 30% less, but i'm not trying to increase strength, after each cycle, the max goes up permanently about 5-10% depending more on diet though, and if i avoid injury..

plzzzzzzzzz i cann triple those,, I do 3x my body weight...



p.s i weigh 92 lbs :goatslaye had too,,, im pretty close or over on most except I cant even try to squat heavy anymore,, old injury,,, so i couldnt tell you there
 
i am not a powerlifter so i haven't tried to max out on most of these lifts. but i have a rough idea based on current weight and rep ranges.

As of today - 6'2" 238

Military Press 1.1 x BW (standing)
Bench Press 1.7 x BW
Squat 1.8 x BW (Ass to ankles)
Deadlift 1.3 x BW (8 reps)

Here comes my excuse, I injured my shoulder about 3 months ago and I have'nt really maxed any lifts in a while but Im coming on pretty good so I'll give a full report soon. You guys are sounding really strong.

I know what you mean bro... I'm not a powerlifter either. But on my "strength days" I only do 1's, 3's or 5's... never 8 or 10.

My guess is that you could deadlift over 450 lbs. if you tried. You should give it a whirl... since you're reppin' 315.

Sick bro. You probably could have done 600 for one rep easily.

bp 1.7x BW
Mp 1.0 x BW

im 200lbs and 6'00"
