1 week into my dbol/sust/deca cycle and I signed up for a measly 5K figuring I would be okay since it was ONLY 1 week into it. boy was I wrong.. the race was on soft surface and STILL i could only make it 1 1/4 before I had to forfeit. everyone was asking me what was wrong, of course I didn't want to tell them the truth so i blamed it on a previous injury most of my running buddies already knew about
so if you do run with friends or a race make a stink before the run about a previous injury they know about or a knew one, and then if you have to forfeit atleast they dont have to know that you are juicing, thats my best tip
on the treadmill i can WALK just 3/4 mile before my pumps get bad, especially the front of my leg. dbol is no joke when it comes to pumps.
