How many guys are doing the OHIO this weekend?

I know that Casey Viator is competiting. This guy rocks as a Light Heavy. I hope I'm lucky enough to go up against him in the overall as a middle weight again. This show could have 20 guys in the middle weight and 20 plus guys in the light heavy. CV and I competed in the World Gym Classic a few weeks back. He figured out who I was and said to me kdtl61? I said yes. It's a small world. There are more of us Elite Fitness guys out there then you might think.
Casey Viator if you read this Good Luck this weekend. Are you starting to dry out yet? Do you have any advise for me?

hey u won again huh

yea ill be at the ohio .....i guess me and you are the only ones on this board competeing around here.........advise, shit man i thought ya had me beat.....ill start my drying on fri morning i think,i fell of the diet wagon alittle though almost ate a whole pizza haaahhaa well i hope to see ya in the overall....it sounds like you win all your shows...thats the 1st big one ive won so far....im actually a powerlifter moonlighting as a body builder......well seeya at the show man i cant wait till its all over...its been hell for me i hate dieting.......ive got the state powerlifting meet on nov 11th that im going to competeing in next im hopeing to bech 575 and deadlift 660 at around 215lbs...i just did 2 bench meeets b4 the world gym show where i hit 535 at 198 in early june...hey do you powerlift also???

Casey Viator,

I started body building when I was 30 years old because of a lower back disc problem. I had been married at that point for 10 years and was getting out of shape big time. So I started training at home. I still train at home 4 days a week and on Sunday I train legs with some big dogs at World Gym.
I trained the first 5 years doing full body workouts 3 times a week and got no where.
The more I read the more I learned about training.
So, I switch to one body part per day and begain to grow.
I have never done any power lifting. However I beleive in training very heavy. That is how this 40 year old has built such a dence body.
The World Gym Classic was a great show for me. I had some many family and friends cheering me on.
About the overall Dude you won it hands down. I have a great shot of me going head to head with the Super heavy weight guy.

I will start to dry out tonight with Dandelion root. Nothing too strong.

Good Luck Saturday. I'm going to give it my all.

Hey guys live in columbus and the worlds gym show was great,ron coleman was looking large.I think the guy who was the heavyweight winner of the worlds show works out at my gym and is doing the ohio in light heavyweight class.Well best of luck to u all and by the way r there any guest posers ?

I would be surprised if the heavy weight guy came in as a light heavy. He was very masive as a heavy weight. I don't see him dropping all that weight.
If he comes in as a light heavy he will be doing battle with Casey Viator.

Ill be doing the muscle beach classic in galvaston oct 27th...won my last 2 competions,,overall...this will be my first NPC show...so going in as a novice 165 under....hoping to take it, and jump up the latter

Spiderbaby,
The World Gym Classic was back on Sept. 15th in
Columbus. There were 90 plus competitors.
The night crowd was sold out. Tons of fun for us that competed.
It was my home town crowd so the cheering was out of this world.

This will be your first NPC show. What type shows have you been doing? Tomorrow will be my 7th NPC show this year.
I should scale around 174# I'm 5'7" 3%BF.
I competed for the first last year in May at 165#.
It has been a good year for me. I have this weekend and then one more show Oct.13th. Then I'm done for 2001. This will be a total of 8 shows. Most think I'm crazy for going through the diet twice in one year. I've been called worst names.
