Anyone know about how many carbs a day you need? i'm 185lbs 5'9" age 27 wanting to drop waist line to around 32" its at 35" now when i get out of bed before my day begins. I have been reading a book that recommends 5 meals a day: meal 1 and 2 it tells to take in 110 grams of carbs and 75 grams of protein per meal, meal 3 and 4 it tells to take in 55 grams of carbs and 35 grams of protein per meal and meal 5 is your bed time meal and it tells to take in 25 grams of carbs and 40 grams of protein. Is this sound right? To me that sounds like alot of carbs. Also cardio is 20 min a day for 5 days. Any help would be appreciated.
