How long would it take with 60min 3 times a week

I need some serious help here guys... I am trying to loose my Fat Belly, which i really hate, and I can do almost anything to loose it.

I get up at 5:30, in the gym by 6:00, cardio for 1 hr, and then i am do weights, so thats like 2hrs in the GYM.

I try to eat 5-6 meals a day (not big meals) small amounts, and i take protein drinks...

Now my Shoulders, Chest, Back and Bisceps are well built, BUT I can't seem to loose my Belly...What am I doing wrong, I am waist size 34, but that pouch that I have is really annoying. :o

Can someone help me.... I am 5.11, 180 pounds..

i believe diet and cardio will do it. just be patient. also, decrease your carbs and don't eat any after 2-3pm. drink min 1gal water / day and do a little research on Anavar (oxandrolone).

oh yeah, develop those stomach muscles too.

Try switching your lifting w/ cardio. that is, lift first then cardio. That way you won't be so darn tired when you lift. Unless you've plateaued (sp?) on your fitness and have been training for several years, I wouldn't suggest anabolic assistance just yet.

You have to watch what you eat.
 
2hrs in the gym is too much FOR ME. If you can do weights sometime else, youll be much more energetic.
34 inch waist at 5'11 should be barely noticeable. A while ago I had that and I am 6 inches shorter than you.
If you are muscular it will not be noticed.

In any case, post your diet.

Thanks for your help guys... Here is what i usually eat:

Morning: Protein shake (30gms)
2 Egg Whites on Wheat Bread

Lunch: Chicken brest (on roll) no cheese

3:30 : Soup (chicken or vegetable)

4:30: Protein Shake

7:30 or 8:30: A sandwich, or kidney beans or something on those lines.

My waist is 34 which is fine, but I have a big BELLY, which sticks out and it is very much noticable.

I tried this suppliment from GNC, Rapid Fuel, but then i got really hign BP, I could not sleep properly and i got a red spot in my eye. I have stopped taking that, but that suppliment would give me more energy.
 
throw out the bread, Mon - Fri. eat the sandwich meat without the bread bro. try to eat small meals every 2-3hrs. look to doing a little ECA/Clen to help speed things up. you should drink a min of 1gal of water / day. no need to spend 2hrs in gym. i say to hit the cardio for 45min, and add Squats to your regime at least 2x / week. i don't like the Soup, b/c that is packed with a ton of sodium. up your egg whites to 6-8 for breakfast and save the shake for 2-3hrs after the egg whites, with a peice of fruit. the idea is to eat small and frequent meals to add with fat

Food that i eat while dieting:

egg whites, turkey/chicken breast, lean steaks, veggies, protein shakes, i juice fruits and veggies at least 2x/day, green leafy salads (spinach or lettuce, no pasta nor rice)..just to name afew
