I need some serious help here guys... I am trying to loose my Fat Belly, which i really hate, and I can do almost anything to loose it.
I get up at 5:30, in the gym by 6:00, cardio for 1 hr, and then i am do weights, so thats like 2hrs in the GYM.
I try to eat 5-6 meals a day (not big meals) small amounts, and i take protein drinks...
Now my Shoulders, Chest, Back and Bisceps are well built, BUT I can't seem to loose my Belly...What am I doing wrong, I am waist size 34, but that pouch that I have is really annoying.
Can someone help me.... I am 5.11, 180 pounds..
